These competences are divided into three groups, encompassing perspective competence, practice competence, and personal competence.<\/p>\n<p>The publication is available in English and can be <a href=\"https:\/\/ipma.world\/ipma-certification\/4lc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">downloaded from the IPMA website here<\/a>. <em>(Free &#8211; for LNPMA memebers. <a href=\"https:\/\/lnpva-lv.translate.goog\/klut-par-biedru\/?_x_tr_sl=lv&amp;_x_tr_tl=en&amp;_x_tr_hl=lv&amp;_x_tr_pto=wapp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">How to become a member of LNPMA\/IPMA?<\/a>)<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The ICB includes three groups of related competence elements:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/sc.lnpva.lv\/en\/key-competence-indicator-table-annex-d-to-icb-4-0-project-management\/#Perspective\"><strong>5 Perspective Competences<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 These elements relate to the project management context and interactions with the permanent organization.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/sc.lnpva.lv\/en\/key-competence-indicator-table-annex-d-to-icb-4-0-project-management\/#People\"><strong>10 Personal Competences<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 These elements pertain to the personal and social competences of an individual project manager.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/sc.lnpva.lv\/en\/key-competence-indicator-table-annex-d-to-icb-4-0-project-management\/#Practice\"><strong>14 Practice Competences<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 These elements are associated with the technical competences of the project manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-4159\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/ICB4.png\" alt=\"ICB4\" width=\"200\" height=\"285\" \/>The Eye of Competence<\/strong> \u2013 The Eye of Competence represents the integration of all project management elements from the perspective of the project manager, evaluating a specific situation.
